When you place an order on the Website, you agree to pay the total price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We accept all major credit cards for secure online transactions. We may offer same-day delivery within Vancouver for orders placed before the 1 to 2 p.m. cut-off time, but this cannot be guaranteed. You may cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before your desired delivery date. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality flowers. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement arrangement or a refund.
The Website and Services contain intellectual property belonging to Bloomscape Botanics, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You may not use any of this intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You may submit content to the Website, such as reviews or photos (“User Content”). You grant Bloomscape Botanics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Website and Services.
